Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused or only lightly tested;
  • be in reasonable condition;
  • be returned in its original packaging when possible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@Belany.fr with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect;
  • depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your account.

Non-returnable items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • items that have been heavily used, damaged by misuse, or altered;
  • gift cards;
  • final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us first at Info@Belany.fr.

Cancellations
